What makes us different?
We've been in the Bay Area for a long time and have assisted homeowners and building owners design new structures as well as seismically retrofit existing structures. Over the years we've retrofitted hundreds of homes in San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley and the surrounding areas and we've also designed new residences and tilt-up office structures in the suburbs.
Our first goal with a new client is to first discuss their needs and budget. Going forward we'll insure that we're designing within California Building Code requirements and provide you and your contractor with plans to use for permits and construction.
